Please arrive a maximum of 5 minutes early for your appointment. I may not be ready to start earlier, the clinic door will be kept locked until I am ready to go.

Welcome to Extension Massage Therapy. I have been an RMT since 2018 and after working in a variety of clinics in Nanaimo I am so excited to now have my home based practice.
My main goal behind treatment is for you to move and feel better in your own body. My style consists of slow, meaningful movement connected to the individual response of the muscles and tissues. I aim to provide a calm, comforting treatment room where you can completely relax and rebalance mind, body and soul. Plus I use hot stones.
